Tillandsia cocoensis

Tillandsia cocoensis is a small, caulescent epiphytic air plant native to Brazil:

• Foliage: Stiff, dense, succulent, grey-green leaves that form along trailing stems that often point 90 degrees from the stem
  
• Inflorescence: A pink inflorescence with delicate white or lavender-white flowers
  

Key features:

• Considered very prolific - easily forming large, attractive clumps
  
• Ideally, this plant should be mounted sideways or upside-down and prefers more shade and more water to keep the leaves happy
  
• Size: Mature specimens typically reach 7m (2"-6"), with clumps exceeding
  

Care tip: Prefers bright, indirect light with some direct morning sun. Mist or soak 2-3 times per week (more in hot/dry conditions). Ensure leaves dry within a few hours; provide excellent air circulation and warm to intermediate temperatures.
