Dino Baby Tillandsia Planters – 3" Ceramic Dinosaurs in Eggshells with Live Air Plants

Bring a little prehistoric charm to your plant collection with our Dino Baby Tillandsia Planters. Each one pairs a hand-painted, natural-color ceramic dinosaur with a real, live air plant, creating a whimsical miniature scene that's as easy to care for as it is cute.

Every Dino Baby is 3 inches tall and nestled inside a genuine 1/4 to 1/2 eggshell, which serves as the "nest" for your dinosaur. A small, grower's-choice Tillandsia is carefully mounted to the front "ground" of the piece, giving the impression that your dino is guarding its very own tiny tropical garden. Because each air plant is hand-selected, the variety you receive may differ from the photos—but it will always be a small Tillandsia chosen to suit the scale of the piece.

Air plants are epiphytes, meaning they grow without soil and absorb moisture through their leaves. That makes these Dino Babies wonderfully low-maintenance—no potting, no mess, just a quick soak or misting every week or so. They're a fantastic introduction to air plants for kids or a charming gift for dinosaur lovers of any age.

Important Notes:

· Grower's Choice Tillandsia: Each Dino Baby is paired with a small air plant selected by our grower. The variety you receive may differ from the photos, but it will always be a small Tillandsia suited to the size of the piece.
· Natural Materials: Eggshells are a natural product, so slight variations in size, color, and shape are to be expected and celebrated. No two are exactly alike!
· Handmade Variation: Because each piece is assembled by hand, minor differences in plant placement and dinosaur finish are normal.
· Air Plant Life Cycle: Tillandsias are living plants. Once mature, they will bloom and then produce "pups" (offsets) before the mother plant gradually declines—this is a natural part of their life cycle. You can gently remove pups and mount them elsewhere to grow your collection.

Care Instructions:

Provide bright, indirect light. A spot near a sunny window but out of harsh direct rays is ideal. Avoid direct afternoon sun, which can scorch the air plant's leaves. Misting method: Mist thoroughly 2–3 times per week. Never allow water to pool in the base of the plant as this will cause rot. Always let the plant dry completely after watering.
