Mini Neoregelia ‘Strawberry Roan’ x Neoregelia ‘696’

Add a truly unique specimen to your collection with this exciting Neoregelia hybrid. This unregistered cross was created by pollinating the cultivar 'Strawberry Roan' with '696', a distinct and highly-regarded clone of Neoregelia olens. Both parents are known for their spectacular, heavily spotted and splashed foliage, and this hybrid combines their best traits into a compact, colorful package.

The plant forms a stoloniferous rosette that stays manageable in size, making it perfect for terrariums, hanging baskets, or small-space displays. Its bronze-green leaves are heavily marked with red speckles and splashes, creating a rich, textured appearance. Under strong light, the foliage can intensify to a deep, brick-red, and the central nest blushes brilliant scarlet when the plant comes into bloom.
