Pothos ‘Snow Queen’

Elevate your indoor jungle with the Pothos 'Snow Queen', a regal cultivar of the Epipremnum aureum that stands out for its extraordinary variegation. Often mistaken for its cousin the 'Marble Queen', the 'Snow Queen' boasts a much higher concentration of white, giving its heart-shaped leaves a bright, frosty appearance—almost as if they've been dusted with snow. The base of each leaf is a brilliant white, accented with randomized patches and delicate speckles of bright, minty green.

Native to the Solomon Islands in the South Pacific, this tropical climbing vine is a member of the Araceae (arum) family. Its naturally trailing vines look especially striking cascading from a hanging basket, trailing across a shelf, or climbing a moss pole. While its high variegation means it grows somewhat more slowly than greener Pothos varieties, 'Snow Queen' retains the forgiving, low-maintenance nature that Pothos are famous for, making it an excellent choice for beginners.

Care Instructions: Provide bright, indirect light for optimal growth and to maintain the vibrant variegation. An east- or west-facing window is ideal. It can tolerate lower light, but the white variegation may fade, and the plant may produce more green leaves. Allow the top inch or two of soil to dry out between waterings. Water thoroughly, allowing excess water to drain away. The plant is forgiving if you occasionally forget to water, but it will not tolerate sitting in standing water.
