Tillandsia 'Sweet Isabel' (T.tectorum X T.paleacea)

Tillandsia ‘Sweet Isabel’ (T. tectorum X T. paleacea) is a hybrid air plant that combines the best traits of T. tectorum and T. paleacea. Its soft, silvery-green leaves form an elegant, wispy rosette with a subtle shimmer from fine trichomes (those tiny, velvety hairs that help it absorb moisture from the air). If hung upside down, the plants will then curve up toward the light (orthotropic) for an even greater candelabra effect.

Care notes:

Light: Bright, indirect light; can handle some morning or late-afternoon sun.

Water: Soak or mist thoroughly 1-2 times per week, allowing it to dry fully between watering.

Airflow: Needs good air circulation.

Temperature: Prefers 65–85°F (18–29°C).
